By using Repatterning Room’s website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Repatterning Room provides hypnotherapy and mind-body wellness services. Currently, all sessions are offered pro bono while certification is completed.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Schedule through the website or PocketSuite.

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows may impact future scheduling.

Client Responsibility

• Sessions are for personal growth, learning, and wellness purposes.

• Services are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

• Clients are responsible for their own well-being.

Confidentiality

• Session notes and personal information are kept confidential, except as legally required.

Limitation of Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.

• Repatterning Room is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, and materials belong to Repatterning Room.

• Do not reproduce or use content without permission.

Termination

• Repatterning Room may refuse services at its discretion.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by California law.
