Through subconscious repatterning, and intuitive dialogue, we work together to release old imprints and anchor new emotional blueprints rooted in peace, empowerment, and self-trust.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic process that uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and positive suggestion to help you access your subconscious mind, the deeper part of you that influences habits, emotions, and beliefs. In this naturally relaxed state, your mind becomes more open to releasing limiting patterns and integrating new, empowering perspectives.
Unlike stage hypnosis, therapeutic hypnosis is a collaborative and gentle process where you remain aware and in control the entire time. It’s designed to support real, lasting change by working with the root causes beneath the surface.
Hypnotherapy helps by addressing the subconscious programs that often drive our thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses. Many challenges, from stress, anxiety, and low confidence to sleep issues and self-sabotage, stem from patterns formed early in life or through repeated experience.
Through hypnosis, we can reframe those subconscious beliefs, promote relaxation, and create new mental pathways that align with your goals. Clients often notice they feel calmer, more confident, and more in control, not because they’re forcing change, but because it begins to feel natural.
We do not currently accept insurance. Most insurance companies do not cover hypnotherapy because it is considered an alternative or complementary wellness modality.
However, many clients find hypnotherapy to be a worthwhile investment in their personal growth and emotional well-being. You may wish to check whether your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) offers reimbursement for hypnotherapy services.
Payment plans or package options may also be available to make sessions more accessible.
For the best results, sessions are typically scheduled once per week, especially at the beginning of your hypnotherapy journey. Weekly sessions help build momentum and allow your subconscious mind to integrate the new patterns we’re creating.
As you begin to notice progress and feel more confident using the tools we’ve developed, we can transition to bi-weekly or monthly sessions for continued support and maintenance.
Everyone’s process is unique — some clients move through their goals quickly, while others prefer a more gradual pace. We’ll work together to find the rhythm that feels right for you.
